ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court AC on Monday extended judicial remand of Khawaja brothers in the Paragon Housing Scandal until January 6.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) presented Khawaja brothers in the AC hearing the Paragon housing scandal.
The court questioned the prosecutor “where is Qaiser Ameen Butt?” while he responded that “Qaiser Ameen Butt is ill so he can’t appear before the court.”
The court again asked “is there any report presented regarding this” the prosecutor replied that he didn’t receive any written report or reply but we got information that he is ill, to which, the court ordered that Qaiser Ameen Butt statement regarding becoming an approver will be opened in his presence.
Later, the court extended the judicial remand of Khawaja brothers until January 6.
