LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has excused from immediate hearing of former president Pervez Musharraf’s plea against his death penalty by the special court in high treason case.
In this regard, the LHC’s registrar office has said that plea cannot be taken on immediate basis due to winter vacations.
Musharraf’s counsel has been advised to file the plea after winter vacations.
