Bangladesh Set 142 Target For Pakistan In First T-20

LAHORE: Bangladesh team has set a target of 142 runs for Pakistan to win the first T-20 of the three match series.

Players from the tigers team, Muhammad Naeem, Tamim Iqbal, and skipper scored respectively 43, 39 and 19 runs.

Pakistan bowlers Shaheen Shah Afridi, Harris Rauf and Shadab Khan took one wicket each.

Earlier, The Tigers won the toss and opted to bat first as the first T20 between Pakistan and Bangladesh is underway at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

The Tigers started their innings confidently, not taking any risks but still finding a boundary here and there. Mohammad Naim, the 19-year-old opener, was the more prominent of the two Bangladeshi openers through the first five overs. At this stage, the visitors were 29-0.
