ISLAMABAD: An American embassy vehicle on Sunday hit another car in Islamabad killing one woman on the spot and injuring another.
A white car of the US embassy violated traffic signal and collided with a car coming from the other side.
A woman was killed and another person sustained injuries in the accident. A case has been lodged on a complaint of resident of Rawalpindi Osama Akhlaq in police station Margala.
The police has also arrested the driver of the vehicle named Amjad who is a Pakistani.
Police shifted vehicle of embassy to the police station for further investigations.
