PM Imran Left For Qatar On Daylong Visit

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday left for Qatar for a day visit.

According to the FO spokesperson, the prime minister will meet Emir of Qatar and hold a meeting with his Qatari counterpart to discuss issues of mutual interest. The focus of the visit will be on strengthening bilateral cooperation and exchanging views on regional developments.

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfikar Bukhari and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Petroleum Nadeem Babar will accompany the prime minister.

Imran Khan will also hold a meeting with investors of Qatar and business community.

This will be the second visit of the Prime Minister to Qatar after taking office. The prime minister visit will further reinforce this process.
