ISLAMABAD: The case of slain leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Dr Imran Farooq has entered in a final phase.
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has decided to record statements of all the accused of the case for which a questioneer comprising 133 questions have been provided to the accused.
The questions related to the accused arrival and departure from in Sri Lanka and London while the accused Mohsin Ali, Khalid Shamim and Moazam Ali have been directed to record their statements in the light of the questioner.
The questioner asked do they want to present defense against the accusations of the prosecution.
