PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Waqar Seth has contacted to the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) over not appointed to judge of Supreme Court.
Waqar Ahmed Seth filed an application in SJC through Qazi Anwar Advocate and viewed that the most junior judges appointed as a Judges of the SC and he was neglected in the process.
He said that appointment of judges in the SC has effected his seniority while the application argued that verdicts have been passed for the senior most judges in the Al-Jahad trust case and other cases of the SC.
Waqar Seth has filed his application in the SC Peshawar registry.
It is pertinent to mention here that Waqar Ahmed Seth had given death sentence to Pervez Musharraf in the high treason case and also added the most derogatory remarks in the verdict against the former army chief that after his hanging he be brought to D-Chowlk and hanged his body more three days.
