LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Friday called the accused in the court on next hearing
including ex-army chief and president Pervez Musharraf in the Benazir Murder case.
The LHC Rawalpindi special division bench comprising Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice
Chaudhry Abdul Aziz heard the government appeal and Asif Ali Zardari appeal against the
release of the accussed in the Benazir Murder case.
Asif Zardari counsel Sardar Lateef Khosa appeared before the court, however lawyers of the accused policemen could not attended due to their busyness in Lahore.
During the course of the hearing the court summoning the accused Aitazaz, Rafaqat Hasnain, Sher Zaman and Abul Rasheed including ex-army chief Pervez Musharraf adjourned the hearing until March 24.
