LHC Warns Ban on PSL Matches Over Traffic Mess in Lahore

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday warned that if the proper traffic plan would not be given a stay order against the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches in Lahore.

During the hearing of the petition over traffic jam in PSL matches, justice LHC directed the law officer to appear before the court on March 13 by taking the direction and plan to control the traffic during the PSL matches.

He also ordered the PCB and concern authorities to hold a meeting with judicial water commission and present a clear plan in this connection, and in case of failure, he would be ordered the ban on PSL matches in Lahore.

Justices Shahid mentioned that PSL causing an increase in pollution and traffic mess was witnessing regularly as he had also trapped in traffic thrice.
