KARACHI: The city court on Saturday directed the shifting of accused murder of anchor Mureed Abbas Adil Zaman to jail complex.
During the hearing, court expressed anger over the continue absent of accused from hearing and said it seems accused intentionally using delaying tactics and despite the passage of seven months they could not be indicted.
Court has appointed Ajab Khan as a lawyer from Adil Zaman side and directed him to follow the case behalf of accused.
Court has also set the March 28 for an indictment of accused and warned if he could not appear before the court he would be indicted.
