ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Monday issued a summon order to brother of Khursheed Shah, Ali Nawaz Shah who had passed away eight years ago.
This mistake is committed by the NAB Sukkur and the late person has been called for interrogation in the investigation pertaining to Shah Spinning Mills Limited.
A call-up notice has also been issued to Khursheed Shah to appear before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) formed on the instructions of Chairman NAB.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Khursheed has been under going treatment at NICVD as a prisoner.
The NAB has filled a reference worth of Rs 300 million against the former opposition leader in NA.
The NAB Sukkur has also called a later person Abdul Fatah Andhar who has died seven years ago.
