KARACHI: Sindh Government on Tuesday decided to close All restaurants, malls, shopping centres for a period of 15 days.
The decision was taken in a hurriedly called meeting of coronavirus task force chaired by Chief Minister Sindh.
All restaurants,malls,shopping centres will be closed in Sindh from tomorrow. Only takeaways & deliveries will be allowed. Section 144 also to be imposed at beach & parks. It is clarified that shopping stores & chemists will remain open. Citizens are once again urged to cooperate

The CM Sindh has instructed K-electric to provide uninterrupted electricity to shopping malls and restaurants while daily goods items shops, fish, vegetables, chicken market will remain open.
The orders will be implemented from tomorrow while Murad Ali Shah said that we wanted to limit people in their homes.
It is again clarified that Grocery Stores & Medical Stores will remain open.

He directed that sea view and parks will be closed from tomorrow while the government offices will also be closed from Thursday while the chief secretary will issue the notification in this regard.
The huddle also decided to close intercity buses from Thursday.
Talking about the decision spokesperson for the Sindh government Barrister Murtaza Wahab said all restaurants, malls, shopping centres will be closed in Sindh from tomorrow.
In a tweet, he added that only takeaway and delivery will be allowed at restaurants.
Additionally, Section 144 will be imposed at the beach and parks.
“It is clarified that shopping stores and chemists will remain open. Citizens are once again urged to cooperate,” he concluded.
