ISLAMABAD: Ex-premier Yousuf Raza Gillani and other accused can not be indicted due to their absence in the case in the illegal contracts of advertisements.
Azam Khan heard the reference illegal contracts of advertisements wherein Yousuf Raza Gillani and Inam Akber did not appear before the court today.
Due to their absence the court delayed the indictment in the case.
Only accused who appeared before the court today Farooq Awan submitted acquittal petition under the newly amended NAB ordinance.
To which the court asked the NAB to submit its response on the next hearing while the court adjourned the hearing until March 24 after ordering all the accused to appear before the court on the coming hearing.
