LAHORE:An accountability court of Lahore on Tuesday summoned Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly President Shehbaz Sharif in person in the Ashiana-e-Iqbal Housing Scheme scam case on January 7.
The AC Lahore, Judge Amjad Nazir has issued written orders while the court remarked that Shehbaz Sharif is continuously absent from hearing of Ashiana-e-Iqbal Housing Scheme scam case which is affecting the proceedings.
The court gave last chance to the Pakistan Muslim League-N President to ensure his presence during the next hearing. It is pertinent here to mention that ten suspects including Shehbaz Sharif have been indicted in the case.
