Peshawar: Inspector General (IG) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sanaullah Abbassi has set a new precedent in the province as he handed over his powers on lower levels.
According to details the IG KPK Sanaullah Abbassi following the Police act 2017 handed over his all administrative and operational powers to additional IG headquarters and operations.
Besides that he also formed a police management board under his chair for deployment of DPOs and SPs.
Additional IG headquarters, Operations, DIG special branch and chiefs of respective units are included in the board.
