The directive sent to all the Director-Generals (DGs) by the anti-graft watchdog chairman stated that it would ensure that the NAB prosecutors and the investigating officers are present in the court with concrete evidence. He said that a disciplinary action will be taken those who will fail to follow it.

Justice (R) Iqbal stated that he, himself, will review all the arguments of the NAB prosecutors in mega corruption cases. “It will be ensured that the legal officer is present in the court with thorough preparation and solid evidence,” he added.
