ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan on Thursday directed the ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) to submit complete details of the party funding.
A four-member bench of ECP led by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sultan Raja has heard the PTI funding case sources case while secretary-general PTI Amir Mehmood accompanied by assistant lawyer Wakeel Muhammad appeared before the bench.
As the case started, the PTI’s assistant lawyer Wakeel Muhammad requested two weeks time to further prepare the case as the bench accepted the plea.
Court ordered to submit all details of party funds sources till March 19.
