Inflation Increases By 0.7 Per Cent In Second Week of March

ISLAMABAD: The price hike still hovering in the markets as it jumps by 0.7 per cent in the second week of the March, says Pakistan Statistical Bureau on Saturday.

According to Statistical Bureau, chicken, eggs, flour, sugar, milk, yoghurt and including others overall 14 items prices jumped while price increase has also witnessed of potato, onion, mong, channa, vegetable ghee and mutton.

The report mentioned that the prices of tomatoes, LMG, Garlic, mash and masoor pulses, matured oil, Gur and bananas have decreased while the prices of 28 items including petrol, diesel and kerosene oil remained unchanged.
