ISLAMABAD: President Dr Arif Alvi has departed for China on Monday for a two-day visit.
It is his first official visit to China while a high level delegation also accompanied him in visit.
The President will call on his counterpart and other leaders of China. According to Foreign Office Chinese President Xi Jinping has invited his Pakistani counterpart.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Planning and Development Minister Asad Umar and other high officials are the part of the Pakistan delegation.
It is expected that various agreements will be signed between the two countries.
President Alvi is visiting China on the first official visit to express solidarity with China in wake of coronavirus.
