KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Wednesday has sacked the chairman Chairman Sindh Text Book Board Agha Sohail and ordered the appointment of new chairman within 15 days.
According to details, the court ordered came during the hearing of the case regarding the appointment of chairman matric board.
Earlier, the petition filed in the court stating that court had ordered the removal of Chairman Sindh Text Book Board on March 20, 2018, on corruption charges, however, despite court orders Agha Sohail is continuously working on his post.
On which court taking the notice of contempt of court issued the notices to the chief secretary and summoned reply till Mach 19.
