KARACHI: The trading at Pakistan Stock Exchange has been stopped for 45 minutes as it lost as many as 1324 points.
A decrease of 3.64 in the benchmark 100 Index was witnessed on Thursday after which the PSX was halted for a period of 45 minutes.
Earlier in the morning Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) again returned to negative zone as it lost more than 700 points.
The market has entered in the negative zone after two days when it lost more then 2000 points on first day of trading of the week.
Due to decrease of more than 700 points the market lost benchmark position of 37,000 mark.
With a loss of 702 points the market has been trading at 36, 970 points.
Yesterday, the market had closed at 37,676 points after loss of 22 points.
